At Miami Team Store, we want you to represent your team with pride; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached; please note that custom jerseys and final sale items are non-returnable.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or size exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
